I am trying to reinstall office home and student version. I am re-installing because I had upgraded to windows 10 and it hosed my laptop so I wiped the disk and am reinstalling everything back to windows 7. It does not recognize my product key but the product key is correct and is stated on the disk jacket. Microsoft office 2010 disk version free there is no disk. It is doing this because this is a reinstall. I dusk did have a disk as it came from Dell pre-installed two years ago when I bought the computer.
